Terms & Conditions

  • The advance amount will not be refunded
  • Booking date cannot be postponed if the booked date is within 15 days.
  • The postponed date should be within 1 month of the previous booking.
  • In case of multiple dates of booking, if subsequent booked dates are cancelled after check-in there will be 40% cancellation charges on the tariff
  • All Activities depend on Weather condition.
  • Balance amount to be paid only in cash/Gpay/IMPS(NEFT) before Check in.
  • Credit/Debit cards and cheques are not accepted at Aavarana Resorts
  • Always drink responsibly and avoid daytime drinking.
  • Please avoid smoking in public and share clean air.
  • Respect your environment and nature. Please put your litter in the bin.
  • Food items will not be served at the cottages.
  • While we arrange campfire, we are strictly guided by the concerned forest authorities not to encourage music from loud - Speakers, your music instruments or even you singing or performing is encouraged. Loud music disturbing other guest and nature will be strictly not allowed.
  • If your group is carrying alcohol for consumption @ resort, It’s Mandatory to carry the bill of the purchase. Alcohol purchased in Defence Canteen; Duty free & without bill will not be allowed inside the resort as it is a punishable offence to both Guest & Owner of the resort.
  • During Rainy season it is compulsory to carry along Raincoat & umbrella.
  • The final right of admission/cancellation of the booking will be with the Aavarana Resort (Vistara Hospitality) Management.
  • There will be 100% drop out charges of the tariff in case of drop out in your group. Please note there will be not late minute dropout or cancellation.
  • As we are a Wilderness property there is no TV in rooms and no service to the rooms
